How Is Brow Lift Performed?
Eyelid Approach
When only the upper eyelid and outer corner need lifting, the procedure is completed through an eyelid incision. Can be performed under local anaesthesia with minimal downtime.
Temporal Approach
For elevation of the entire brow and mid-face, a small ~2 cm temple incision is used. Swelling may last longer; bruising not typically expected.
Endoscopic Approach
Small incisions and endoscopic instruments allow brow and mid-face lifting — approach selected based on individual anatomy.
